YOU GUYS!
This is kind of embarassing, I’m just so excited right now. I can do push ups again! I used to be able to do so many in a row when I was in karate, but I stopped and over time (since I wasn’t really working out) I couldn’t anymore. So, I’ve been working on it and I just did 24 in a row! I know it’s not much, but considering I couldn’t even do ONE a month ago...
